TRUE PARTNERSHIP
At Integra Strategies, we see our role less a consultant and more a partner. Our business relationships are measured in decades, not billable hours. We want our expertise and creativity to be our differentiators and we want to instill independence in our clients, not build their dependence on us.
We are not trying to be everything to everyone. And we are not a fit for every organization or executive. We are fine with that.
CLIENT ALIGNMENT
We accept clients when we believe deeply that we can help you and your organization, we ethically support the work and our passion aligns with your mission and needs.

FLEXIBLE PRICING
Most consulting firms charge by the hour (or by the day, but let’s be honest… isn’t that the same thing?). While we do offer hourly and/or daily billing, we feel there are more sophisticated and efficient arrangements that encourage true partnership.
Shouldn’t your partner be incentivized to produce the outcomes you need? Shouldn’t your consulting partner have “skin in the game” for your success?
We are open to more creative “value-based” compensation structures where we are paid a portion of the financial value we deliver to you. These can include a percentage of savings, a percentage of new revenue, a portion of improved efficiency, or a combination.
We can explore options once we clearly understand your needs. In short, we believe we should do well only when you do well!
